Operations agent

Automate the repetitive internal workflows that consume hours every week. Integrated into your stack, not bolted on.

Bespoke — not a template Book discovery session

What it does

An operations agent reads inputs (messages, forms, emails, ERP events), extracts structured data, prepares the matching output (order, invoice, report, alert) and drops it into the system you already use. You validate, or the agent executes — based on the confidence level and scope agreed during discovery.

What the implementation includes

01

Discovery session to define the exact workflow and success metric

02

Integration with Holded, Stripe, Shopify or your ERP/CRM via API

03

Evals on real cases before going to production

04

Kill-switch and human fallback documented in the SOW

05

Contractual inference cap — never a runaway LLM bill

06

Full handover of code, prompts and credentials on contract exit

When it fits

Good fit if...
  • You have a repetitive workflow running ≥20 times per day with a measurable success criterion
  • The input is partially structured (message, email, form)
  • Your stack has APIs (Holded, Odoo, Shopify, WooCommerce, custom ERP)
  • You accept starting small (one workflow, one agent) and growing with real data
Not a fit if...
  • You want to replace the entire operations team with generic AI
  • The success criterion is not measurable up front
  • You'd rather hire long-term for strategic reasons
  • Existing systems have no accessible API and you don't want to change the workflow

A food cooperative replaces manual WhatsApp order entry with an agent that reads B2B messages, identifies products in the Holded catalog, confirms with the client and creates the sales order. The team goes from two hours a day typing orders to only reviewing ambiguous cases. Human confirmation data feeds weekly evals to improve precision.

Signals you need this product

  1. 01 Someone on your team spends 2+ hours a day moving data between systems
  2. 02 Orders / requests arrive through informal channels (WhatsApp, email) and are hard to record
  3. 03 You're about to hire to absorb operational volume and wondering if there's an alternative
  4. 04 You want weekly predictions or reports that nobody has time to produce well

Frequently asked questions

Typically 4 to 8 weeks from the discovery session: week one defines the exact workflow, 2-3 weeks of build and evals, 1-2 weeks in limited production with human review before full volume.

Data always belongs to the client. Code and prompts stay with serpixel during the contract so we can iterate, and transfer fully to the client at contract end. The handover is documented in the SOW and completed within 30 days.

Every SOW includes a kill-switch to disable the agent in under 5 minutes and a documented human fallback to continue operations. Precision is measured with weekly evals on real cases; no 100% guarantee.

We're agnostic: Claude, GPT, Gemini or open-weights depending on the case. The choice is documented in the SOW with its reasoning. If a new model fits better during the contract, we propose migration.

Monthly maintenance covers evals, prompts, small tweaks and the contracted inference cap. It does not cover adding new agents, new integrations or major re-scoping — those trigger a separate design phase.

Yes. Holded has a full REST API and we have a reference implementation in production for an agri-food cooperative. We integrate product, contact and order reads; sales-order creation; and history reads to contextualise conversations.

30 minutes, no commitment.

If your team repeats tasks every day, or your website does not bring you clients, a conversation probably pays for itself. No pressure.
